Brand New Day 001

fitness thighs

I am restarting my fitness calendar starting today (well tomorrow morning actually--but we'll say today for now).

I have two goals.

My sister's wedding Memorial Day weekend (2 months from now). Goal: Lose 10-15 lbs.

&

My 20 year Highschool Reunion Aug 1st.  Goal: Maintain 15 lb loss from May and add definition and muscle as well as cardio fitness.

I don't think these goals are out of my reach. I have come a long way so far...Started at 187 lbs post Tanner (April 08) and my current weight is 156.4 lbs as of this morning....

Here I go!!! Food log tomorrow ;-)

after two months of struggle, I finally seem to be able to focus on the food/weight thing now too...must be something about winter that makes it difficult.

and yes. It really is important to have the mindset. Without that, there's not much point at all.
