Day 001- Meal

maybe I shouldn't have decided my first day of eating well would be one of the few days Erik is actually home...He made me do it...

B: chik fil a - chicken & cheese biscuit (12 pts), lemonade (2 pts)
L: big mac & fries (23 pts)
D: spaghetti (6 pts)
S: 2 choc chip coookies (4 pts)

Pts: 47...ugh ugh ugh...depressing.

Ever thought of a fast food ban? For me it's all of nothing. I can't be moderate at all. But, of course you have already done so well I am sure you can handle it much better then me! When we did the zone diet we had one free day, meaning one day it was anything goes and the rest of the week was strict. We both lost way too much weight. So, today can be your free day! ;)

Yeah...I was thinking it most def. counted as a free day. Sheesh...I'm ok with fast food as long as I have the right mind set and tell myself I can only go 1-2 times a week and only can get certain things...I just haven't been putting the filter in place lately. Not at all. Ugh...
