Good Morning Smoothie

Yield: 3 cups

1 c ice

1 c lowfat vanilla yogurt

1 ripe banana, cut into chunks

1 c frozen strawberries

1/2 c pomegranite or cranberry juice

dash of vanilla

*Place ice in blender, whirl to crush. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, about 30 secs.

Per serving (1 c) : 147 calories, 1 g fat
